Lakeland Village Stay

The grounds are nice, the pool by the beach is nice, but very warm and not very refreshing. It's nice to go from pool to beach though and the beach on the property is also very pretty.

Great location, but serious customer support issues

Location on the lake was nice, but big challenge with human-to-human communication and confusion between VRBO and Vacasa. I could only really communicate with Vacasa using text messaging which is OK-ish, but not anywhere as good as real human-human phone calling. Apartment has a kitchen sink / dishwasher drain problem and I reported this, but haven't heard back for several weeks. I learned from the front desk later that all apartments have been having problems with hot water temperature fluctuations. Not related to Vacasa/VRBO, but I mailed back the parking tag in a US Postal Service letter with tracking on Jan 11 and as of Jan 24, the USPS is still stuck in a delay to deliver the mail .... more than 13 days????
