Nice area but townhome needs maintenance

This townhouse has great potential but needs lots of TLC. I notified Vacasa the day after I arrived of some issues but they never fixed them for the month I was there. Ref made very loud noises when running, toilet would not stop running after flushing without intervention, leg missing on couch, kitchen floor is in terrible shape (many deep scratches and a poor patch job), oven light bulb was broken off and just lying inside, coffee table in rough shape, etc... Dark green rug but no vac for the whole month. No cleaning supplies. Advertised as having a TV upstairs that did not exist and pics need to be updated as it does not reflect the furnishings. There didn't seem to be a recycling bin but the recycling center is at 2140 Ruth Ave SLT. Good location to walk to Whole Foods, Chipotle, CVS, etc if you don't mind the walk back up the hill. Ski resort just closed before I arrived and the gondola hadn't reopened for the summer season yet but I enjoyed the area.
