Spacious well kept home

Great space for our co-workers. Well maintained, clean, and comfortable for our group. We loved staying and hope to come back! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Great ski month

We have been renting a cabin for a month with friends to enjoy the ski season and had a great time here. Cell reception was weak (we did get a heads up about that) but wifi connection worked perfectly throughout the house even with 8 people working remotely and taking meetings. Communication with the host was always great and timely and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great Stay

House is a seen on VRBO. Very spacious- great for our all grown family gathering. Nicely decorated, great floor plan with 1st and 2nd floor living rooms. Kitchcen and baths nicely stocked and day 1&2 starter stuff(soap/paper/trash etc). The local property management company was off the hook- immediate response for even the tiniest of questions. Spa was cleaned for us mid stay (not because it was dirty or requested but because that's how the do things). Raia is the bomb! Location was perfect for us- right on our bike/hike/beach paths. And short drive to casinos etc for a few trips. Grocery store close by. Houses a little closer than we like but all neighbors were all very nice. 2 small things I would change - Needs a functional backyard - when gathering with family we like to sit outside, play cornhole etc-backyard it set up only to look at. Second is master bath light is automatic- with open floor plan the light going on in middle of night was a bit much. For a short stay this is no big deal but this was a month stay so it got a little old.

Great location and stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe in this rental. It is in prime location to South Lake Tahoe, with easy access to the town and lake. The rental had plenty of room for our party of 7. Two things about our stay were really frustrating: first, the air conditioner was not working upstairs. It got extremely hot during the day and at night, The second issue was we were not permitted to use the hot tub due to COVID. We were not told we were going to be unable to access the hot tub. We were given a hot tube code the day we arrived, but it did not work. I tried getting in touch with Love Rentals, and they kept advising me to contact the property manager on site (which we were not told who that was until having to go back to Love Rentals). It was frustrating because we saw multiple homes (including the neighbors) using hot tubs. While we understand the issue surrounding COVID, it was poor communication and extremely frustrating to find out that we couldn't use it AFTER we had gotten there. Other than those two issues, we highly recommend the stay. We understand times are unusual, just wish we had better communication prior.
