"Locating the property was pretty easy and there was ample parking. The building itself is a bit older and is showing its age on the outside and inside. You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. Unless i am booking a resort, where the room is the destination and focus of the trip, I am looking for safety, quiet, and sleep. This delivered all three of those things. "We stayed here for 2 weeks for business and it worked out great. Having a garage was a big plus with the snow we had while we’re there. The carpet and walls are showing their age, but the townhouse was well equipped! Great communication from the host."

"This is such an amazing property / Loft! The owner went above and beyond with nice personal touches to make our stay very memorable. The communication was immediate and very clear and the property itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Our kids (6 and 9) enjoyed the books and games and the adults enjoyed the awesome massage chair. Parking is very convenient and there are dozens of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This was a wonderful experience and we will for sure...

"We had plans all over the metro Detroit area, so this worked well as our place to settle in for the night! The place is quiet and very well stocked. HUGE TV in the 2nd bedroom, which impressed my hubby :) All 3 beds were different surfaces (1 was memory foam), so you should find one that fits your sleep comfort. Thanks for making our 1st time using VRBO so easy and pleasant!"

"This property was late minute but it was just what we needed. My daughter wanted to get away for the night and have access to a pool and this stay was perfect! I always overpack cleaning supplies, towels, etc.. but she was fully stocked on everything. Shanae was quick to respond every time I needed her. We really enjoyed our overnight trip. I’m pretty sure we will book again."

"This is a nicely furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 half bath condo with walking access to the downtown shops and restaurants. Plenty of extra linens and a nice washer/dryer. Kitchen is spacious with lots of seating. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay again."

"The space was comfortable for our family of 4 while we were in town. Walkable to downtown was nice. Hoped the breakfast would include homemade or local items but was a basic store bought selection, less than a continental hotel breakfast. Guests should be okay with street noise when staying in this unit. Nicely decorated!"

"This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."
