“I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was……

“Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas is an exceptional beautiful property with a great room layout and upscale furnishings that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special. The staff was very helpful with expedient chech-in/check-out, detailed information about property layout, services, and other amenities available. HBVC has pride in their property as the grounds themselves are beautifully maintained with the several pools, waterfalls and an adequate gym. Plus, the property……

“We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex……

“Clean and comfortable!”

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“The property was adequate including washer/dryer in unit. Area was quiet with ready access to beach. Located centrally to access multiple activities around Maui. Host was informative and available for all concerns. We would engage again in the future as needed.”

“While visiting family up country, we decided to spend 4 nights in Kīhei. Having stayed at Hale Kamaole on 2 previous trips, this was by far the cleanest, well equipped unit we have stayed in. It’s a great location. Communication with Yoshiko was top notch - she responded quickly and always followed up to make sure everything was going well.”

“Condo was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely appointed.Supplies in condo were good! Loved having washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. Lots of towels and sheets. Good parking. Had a central elevator. Grounds well cared for, nice pool. Near nice beaches, Charley Young was our favorite. Would rent again.”

“Very good place to stay. Very clean 100% recommend.”

“There are dishes and cooking appliances. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, at least for the time I was there because there was construction right across the street blocking stuff off. The pool and hot tub is great. The only thing I can recommend is bringing a Roku receiver for the TV if you want to watch Netflix and whatnot! There is cable and some movies/ shows on demand. Overall it was a nice stay!”

“Loved the location; easy to walk to restaurants, shops, cinnamon rolls, etc. without having to drive. Also, a very convenient area to take different drives around Maui to see Napili, Maalaea Harbor, Paia, or the crater. We crossed the street most nights to watch the sunset on the beach, just steps away from the condo! We were grateful for the split A/C (bedroom & living room) but also appreciated the fans (sometimes we used just the fans; other times both the A/C & fans). We enjoyed the……
