Welcome to our little piece of paradise on sunny South Padre Island. Our beach front home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. As soon as you enter the condo you are greeted by the lovely blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and admire the breathtaking views from the open concept living area or listen to the soothing sound of the waves from our huge, private, corner balcony. The master bedroom suite with private bathroom allows you to enjoy floor to ceiling ocean views from your king size bed. Our first guest bedroom provides a queen sized bed and a small private balcony. Another large guest bedroom provides two queen sized beds and a lovely guest bathroom adjacent to it. The living area, as well as all three bedrooms, are equipped with wall mounted, flat screen televisions. There is an additional bar area with a small beverage refrigerator and we have a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable television, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, hot tub, 2 pools, exercise room, palapa area and gated parking are available for your enjoyment. What an awesome place! Beautiful relaxing view. Enjoyed that the whole condo is on 1 level. Everything you need plus! Well stocked kitchen -could use some updated pans/skillets. But dishes etc very nice! Had Keurig and reg coffee pot. Easy walk to the beach. Dog area was nice and easy to access also. NO need to take stairs- very thankful for elevator. Also thankful for roll around cart to take luggage up to room.

Our family has stayed at Ocean Vista Tower multiple times because of its great location, but this is our first time at this unit. The ocean and beach view from the spacious balcony is bar none the best ever. We will return and hope we can nab this place again! Managers highly responsive to all inquiries.

Awesome place! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! We wanted to bring our dog, and that was a big reason we chose this property. It is incredibly clean, very smartly decorated, and includes absolutely everything we needed for the beach (towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc). The kitchen is packed with anything you can imagine. We walked to dinner two nights, but drove most everywhere else (although nothing on the island is more than a 10-min drive). We especially appreciated the covered parking spot so close to the unit. The beach is a short walk and the pool / hot tub is also close. The view from the master and the living room is simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in a LOT of short-term rentals, and this is one of the best. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms. So all you need to pack for the perfect vaca is your swimsuit and shower supplies!! We had a wonderful time, and this property was a huge reason. Highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying at this rental and both times did not disappoint. Check in/check out are a breeze, the condo is clean and spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking the water. Great amenities and good location. We can't say enough good things about it. We'll definitely be back to SPI and when we do, this will again be the place we will stay. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, comfortable , and has everything you need! The beach , grocery store and shops are in walking distance and the BEACHFRONT VIEW was AMAZING! Hosts were friendly and helpful, they put a lot of attention and intention with everything that was provided. Loved it!

Awesome and spotless home!

We booked this beautiful apartment to celebrate my son's graduation. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and the spaces were PERFECT. The home has EVERYTHING you need....I mean everything from beach towels and chairs (the good ones) to an instapot. The owner was also kind and communicative. He was very VERY fast and responsive.The only thing I'd recommend is to message and check with him before your stay that the pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open - this is why we booked here and the pool and courts were both closed and under construction.This caused us to buy pool access elsewhere at additional cost (Cabana at Margaritaville 300).

Amazing place to stay on South Padre Island

Mike & Carol's place is superb! Clean, comfortable and well stocked and decorated. Its in a primw location on the island! Mike and Carol have thought of everything for a wonderful stay! This will be our family's yearly place to visit! We absolutely adored our stay and plan to return! I highly recommend this place!
