Lovely Beachside Condo

The location is centrally located on the island and the view of the gulf is amazing! The unit and the grounds are kept very clean.

The condo was clean and cozy. Views of the beach were unbeatable. Especially at sunrise. There were just a couple things that we had to navigate during our stay. Weekend trying to cook dinner one night, we found that only one burner on the stove top, worked. We also found both the beds, and the pullout couch mattresses to be less than ideal. While we managed to get a little sleep, it wasn't comfortable. The bedroom widow appeared to be missing some curtains which let in a lot of light making it difficult to sleep as well. I really do feel the condo was a great size with immaculate views. Just a few updates and it would be top notch.

Nice place

Apartment was clean. Location is perfect.Only negative that pots and pans were in very bad shape. We bought 2 pots and 1 skillet for cooking. Overall, apartment is very nice.

Our stay was great. The View is why we try and stay at the international. Everyone is friendly, the property is close to local restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Love location

Really enjoyable being right on the beach. Condo was comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the entry code lock. It took many attempts each time we tried entry. However we alway got in. I would rent here again.

Time to unplug.

Location was the best. View fantastic. Proximity to beach - couldn't get any closer. Surf was really rough due to hurricane out in the Gulf, but weather was wonderful.

The view, the view!!

The building is nice. The condo is super small and old. The cabinets and bathroom could use an upgrade. But the view is awesome and worth it. I would like to see the bedroom get a queen or king bed! I cannot imagine more than 2 people!

Great location and view

We love this condo complex. So close to the beach and we had a perfect view. It is old and things are worn, but that is ok with us. We are not picky and the location makes up for it. This condo was comfortable for two people. It would be tight with more people than that. We stayed here a few other times back in the 90’s in different units. It was fun being back. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to SPI.

The view was awesome and location was great. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. The unit itself is run down with poor worn out furniture. A total of two butter knives with one being so bent it was unusable. a few forks and cheap spoons. Not a sharp knife in the place.

View from room is fantastic. Has a walk-in shower. Water pressure and hot water were great, but water lines are switched so hot is cold and cold is hot. There is a sign to tell you so. Beds were clean and not terrible. Extra pillows and a set of sheets but no extra blanket for the sofa bed. Fridge needs repair. Is not cooling. Lots of sand on the floors. But again, view is amazing, close walk to the water and another favorite thing is the Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill right next door! Great food!!!

Negatives: THE DOOR DOESN'T HAVE A INSIDE LOCK!!!!! OUR TWO YEAR OLD COULD OPEN THE DOOR AND RUN DOWN THE HALL IN 2 SECONDS FLAT!! Condo is old and crusty. Bathroom was disgusting, pubic hairs on the wall, mold, rotted door trim. The bedroom stayed lit up all night due to lobby lights. The stove was a joke and the burners are falling apart making it hard to cook. Dishes were dirty when we got there. There was only one roll of toilet paper and only one kitchen trash bag for four people and four days. Positive: the view and ocean access.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT RECCOMEND

I DO NOT reccomed staying here. This place is the definition of a nightmare, okay, first the floor was very slippery and unsafe, there were orange and brown stains on the couch cushions and they tried to HIDE IT by flipping the cusions over, there was a AWFUL smell when we checked into the room, the place itself was damp and humid and there were roaches and other bugs under the mattresses, there were also white stains on the couch EVERYTHING was rusting EVERYWHERE the walls had cracks and holes, god knows why, the toilet wouldn't even flush, the air vents were extremely dirty, and there was NO ONE at the desk to help us and half of the place was wet, i do not reccomend staying here, if i had to say ANYTHING good about this place it would be that the balcony, and the proximity to the beach was nice.

Property was a bit dated but nice. View couldnt be beat. Only issue was other renters. Unknown female crawler onto my se doot balcony. Also at night if balconey door open smell of skunk weed wafting through door. Security guy should check out beachside of property more often. Place was nice other tenents not so much...

Location is Awesome! Apartment is pretty small for 5 people( 2 adults &3 kids) in bedroom there is a long window at the top with mini blinds only, it needs a dark curtain because the bright light shines in bright, definitely not enough towels when you have 5 people taking showers everyday after the beach. The pool is extra hot, almost like a hot tub!
