「The facility and location are amazing, every detail has been considered on the property and facility however the staff training was lacking for such a hotel. You cannot operate a 5* hotel with 3* staff training. Potential to be amazing, but proper staff training required. 」

Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep. 」
