The food in the restaurant was amongst the best I have tasted, however, although very friendly and attentive, the staff in the Restuarant would benefit from more training. Lovely hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very luxurious. The evening meal was okay but my husband’s dish tasted quite bland, considering the prices - we expected slightly better quality. We really enjoyed the history and novelty of the hotel. The free mini bar was a nice touch.

Such a great hotel, I can't say enough good things about it. The room (wow!) was awesome, fantastic and I had the most restful and amazing sleep during my stay. Amazing staff. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them and they look smart and very well spoken. The room was absolutely amazing, nice and clean. the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon.
