“The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. “Great all-inclusive luxurious hotel! Everything is at a very high stsndard, looks new and well maintained. The one thing I liked the most is that despite having over 500 rooms, it never feels crowded. The grounds are very spacious and absorb the crowd well. There are no lines for food, the waterpark slides have zero queue and even at noon you can find a sunbed by the pool with a little effort (not enough shade though!). The food and entertainment, while very good, are the only things that deny……

“From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday.”
