"We stayed here as a launch point for R2R2R in the grand canyon. It was the perfect size for 4 of us, and a 25-30 min drive to the Canyon. Great place! The host was helpful, and we had all the information we need. "

"The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon...

"Easy access to the south rim. Plenty of room for us and it was very quiet. The only drawback was the remoteness from restaurants."

"It's Good Place for Vacation with family, even though it's outside of the town, it is safe place to stay with family. Inside the home, it's simple and gives pleasant experience. My family loved it."

"The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises...

"Overall, it's a convenient place for those visiting the Grand Canyon. It's suitable for a couple or three nights. However, I would really like to see some improvements to the interior amenities. The only kitchen utensils left are cups and teaspoons. Plates, forks, and a knife could be added to accommodate heated food. Clothes hangers and shelves in the bathroom and living room are also missing."
