“Super dirty room even after initial room change request the day of check in. Last time, room was cleaned seemed at least 3 months ago. Cleaning staff doesn’t believe in mopping the floor or giving any other services for more than 2-3 nights stay guests. All the corners had so much dust piled up. We didn’t get offered change of towels, garbage taken out, nothing for three nights stay. Bed sheets and comforter had so many big stains that any Normal person would feel icky going to that bed for……

“We are self-proclaimed "hotel snobs" and have stayed here at least half a dozen times. The staff is incredibly friendly, the beds are tremendously comfortable, and most importantly the property and rooms are impeccably clean!”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“The bed was comfy! The breakfast was simple and basic. There was a smell on the first floor of sewage but it didn’t reach to my room on the 4th floor. The room upgrades were nice and I love the shower! ”
