「I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable.
