"Check in fine, if you don't mind looking at your host's big belly through a hole, the size of a football, in his shirt! Host himself appears to be a bit shy and you have to do most of the talking, although the dog is very friendly. Whilst clean and comfortable the motel needs a lot of long overdue maintenance and the noise from the taps in particular are something else. "The bush setting out the back was stunning. But the property needs a deep clean to clear the musty smells. Another issue was the population of mosquitoes and midges. We had to buy insect repellent, as well as spray for my legs. I was severely bitten. The washing machine rubber seals were also full of mould, as were all of the outdoor cushions, which need replacing. All in all the property is very tired."
