“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“Der dunkelhäutige Herr am Empfang war hervorragend. Ich habe für Anfang des Jahres gebucht und fühle mich hier schon jetzt sehr wohl. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere das neurologische Team. Der Herr am Empfang hat sich sogar Zeit genommen, mir ein Zimmer zu zeigen, damit ich mich gleich wohler fühle. “The amenities were good. There's a good breakfast, big pool, great staff. The room was okay. Our shower curtain had a bunch of stains on it and the blankets had hairs all tangled up in them, but otherwise okay. The biggest issue was the fact that there was some baseball team staying there, teenagers, and they were super loud late at night and even had one laying in front of our door for quite a while, so made it difficult to get out of our room.
