Sorry to hear that is how you feel about our home, I would like to say I’m shocked that you’re writing this, however, it was expected given our conversation AFTER you left my property and demanded a refund. I pride myself in my service, and as I said to you before, I can’t fix issues such as the trash, the drawer and the door if you don’t tell me about them right when you check-in per the welcome guide that I shared with you. I do appreciate your feedback, but I feel that I do also need to respond. As I relayed to you earlier, I don’t feel your comments about my bedrooms needing updates are accurate because the sheets, pillows, and towels were all brand new upon your arrival - I had replaced them myself the week before you arrived as we refresh them each year prior to the season beginning. Being that it was April, the grill that is able to be used was not out as it was still too cold - again, if you had reached out to me prior to leaving, I would have been able to direct you to where the working grill is stored. As it pertains the “wild area in the back”, I believe you are referencing the Marsh land which is clearly showcased in my photos. For the back yard we actually installed a new wire fence and new trash barrels to ensure our guests enjoy the backyard to the fullest. Given that you failed to mention any issues when checking-in per our guidelines I didn’t find your requests after to be reasonable.
