I have been coming to Yarmouth for years but this is the first time I stayed in South Yarmouth. This house was amazing. As a family we were looking for something to do together but safely during this crazy time and this house was perfect. It had enough room for everyone while still made it feel cozy. We felt safe and secure in this house. We understand the extra time needed for cleaning during check-in and check-out, we wanted to stay longer but understand the precautions that are needed. The house and the area was perfect. We were able to go for walks or runs and explored other areas and beaches of Yarmouth we never went to. I would definitely book at Four Shores again! It felt like home very quickly no one wanted to leave! Thank you for letting us rent your home and making it ours for a week!

We had a great time in South Yarmouth. The house is close to everything and very neat. There is no beach cart, so we loaded the car and someone would drop off the gear while everyone else walked to the beach. The placement of the ceiling light over the dining table caused many bumps. It should be replaced or tied up. There were no instructions regarding recycling of bottles and cans and that would have been helpful. With a large group refrigerator space was maxed out and a second one would have been very helpful. Regardless, we had an amazing stay.

House was immaculate upon arrival! Very spacious. Well kept. Plenty of space inside and outside for entertaining. Great location to shops, beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The property is excellent. Very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of space inside and outside. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of comfortable beds. Whole house appears to be recently remodeled and decorated. The only drawback is the location of S Yarmouth. We would prefer to be somewhere like Harwich port or Chatham, somewhere you can walk into town for coffee or lunch or shopping. Beach was an easy 12 minute walk on quiet neighborhood streets. Yarmouth is the kind of place you live, didn’t feel like a vacation destination. No complaints about the house itself, would say it was perfect in a different location.

We loved this house, we had six adults and three children and had beds left over. Fifteen minute walk to two Bay side beaches, beautiful lawns and gardens, interior of house is bright and clean, kitchen is new and well equipped. This our sixth straight year of renting homes in the Cape and Four Shores blows the others away. We stayed 8/4-8/11/2018, thank God for central air!!!

The house was beautiful, from top to bottom. Even though it was just my wife and 2 children, there was so much space and room to sleep 8 more people. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, great location and tons of fun.
