Super convenient. Easy check in and comfortable. Love the complimentary coffee and tea. Room is compact - a little tight when trying to plug in electronics but manageable. Needed an extra blanket and staff responded immediately.

Newly painted, clean, well arranged room. Staff was helpful. However, water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. We also expected fresh towels for our second day/night stay which were not received.

Perfect location close to Main St & use of bicycles to get to the beach was fantastic. Staff were so helpful, room impeccably clean & comfy. The House is old with old world charm. The exterior gardens & surrounds could be a little better maintained. All up, would love to come back & stay again.

Harpoon House was great, very centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Very impressed with how clean the entire place was. Way better in person than the pictures make it look.

Our check in was easy and the room was nice looking and clean, but had a very strong musty mildew odor. We left the windows open when we went out for about 6 hours to a wedding, and when we came back the smell was still there. I’m not sure if it was just our room, or all the rooms. Too bad since the room was otherwise pleasant and spacious. I’m glad we were not staying for more than one night.

We liked the property and enjoyed our stay! Great location, helpful staff, and very clean. The room and bathroom have been renovated nicely. Because the property is converted from an old house so the room was smallish, and we were on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, which may be an issue for some folks.

The hotel is pretty but it's a little rundown - tape wrapped around a pipe in our room, hot water took a long time to get up and running in the shower. Great location though and comfy bed.

Hotel staff were more than a accommodating, the rooms were unique ,warm and welcoming, Voss waters and expresso in the room . Bedding was marvelous and the bright walk-in glass showers were clean and spacious. The hotel is Steps away from delicious food options while youe neighborhood Starbucks and CVS around the corner. Definitely would stay again ! Amazing place. Full of charm you would expect from a 400 year old property.
