Pleasant stay
House was spacious, clean, and as pictured. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Besides the usual amount of bugs and pollen expected from being surrounded by nature, it was a fuss free pleasant stay.

Great house, hottub wasn’t working properly
The house was great but we did choose it for the hottub, and it wasn’t working properly. The hottub wouldn’t reach over 90 degrees F. The property was otherwise good.

Beautiful and clean house
We had a group of 7 friends stay at this house for a weekend trip. The location is about midway between the Hampton Bays and Southampton LIRR stations. The house was very clean and spacious, and the primary bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Great backyard for playing games, large working hot tub, easy check in, helpful host, and easy to get to in an Uber. The listing was accurate except that it said the room with the twin bed also had a full-size bed in it, but it was just two twins. Very happy we booked this place.
