「The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.」

「What a little gem of a place. It was unique & we'll never forget walking in the river, which is next to the place. It was special & perfect for exploring Salisbury. Room was clean & breafast was amazing.」

「Very charming hotel, beautiful courtyard. I am very happy I got to experience this 800 year old hotel with such a pretty site especially that I came all the way from San Francisco. The only common is that we happened to stay during the heatwave, the room is extremely hot, and the room facing the street it is loud with party peorple walking by and talking loud - drunk on a Sat. night. Otherwise, I love my stay and highly recommended.」

「This property was really nice. The location could not have been better, just a very short walk into the town centre where the city was buzzing and vibrant. We appreciated the fans, too, although we also brought our own. We are from Scotland, and we arrived into Salisbury in a big heatwave...something we are not used to. We had everything we needed in the property, all instructions were clear. It was very useful to have a dedicated parking spot - parking in Salisbury is expensive and not easy to...

「I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.」

「Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . Could not ask for better staff , nothing to much trouble for them to do , very good choice for breakfast , never went out hungry also very good menu all round with a good choice of drinks at the bar , will definitely stay again and would highly...
