“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. “Daniel and his wife provided a huge home for our getaway complete with a gorgeous kitchen, all the amenities mentioned in the listing, and more. Although we didn't use the pool, we made so many memories in the yard, game room, biking around the beautiful neighborhood, and re-connecting in the spacious family rooms. Highly recommend. ”

“We stayed as a group of girls and had an amazing time. The house is exactly as pictured and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The yard is the best part but the whole place is wonderful. This is clearly a home not just a rental property which we loved. This would be a perfect place for families or a few couples since each bedroom is huge and has a bathroom. There are tons of board games and kids stuff (including baby gates and a crib). We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected.
