Great staff !!! The staff were very courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful.
The concierge staff was very helpful with assisting me in addressing a concern I had with our flight and also helping me to confirm our flights and seats for our return flight to Japan. She was very patient and thorough. I thought I needed to take a taxi to the airport to address this. She saved me a trip. I am very grateful for her help. I wish I wrote down her name because I am terrible at remembering names.
She worked at the concierge desk and helped me on June 4, 2026 before lunch.
