「The check-in was the terrible part about our stay. I have stayed in 100's of hotels and never experienced anything like this. Our party of 11 arrived (4 rooms) Lady at the front desk just stared at me. I told her we needed to check in. I handed her my ID and she told me she only had 3 rooms for me. I showed her my conf that had 4 rooms. She said someone else checked into 1 of our rooms so she only had 3. I told her we just arrived in town, if someone checked into 1 of our rooms, it wasn't us....

「Our room was clean but there was an obvious moisture issue. Had we been staying longer we would have asked to switch. Staff was friendly and helpful. The people above us were very loud if it hadn't been so late I would have complained. Would stay again if in town but would ask for 2nd floor unit.」

「The room was clean and nicely put together. It was a bit humid even with the ac on the whole time until night time once it cooled off outside we were able to open a window and that helped. Bed was comfy byt firm. Friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices and it was good. Lots of parking and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive also walmart was very close as well. Over all good stay.」

「Most of all we loved the location but we also enjoyed the room and our view of the temple. Everyone was helpful and we had what we needed for a pleasant stay in Nauvoo.」

「Room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. Although had shown on web room reserved was equipped for disabled. First time out of three other stays during this trip. Location said it was Expedia’s fault. ?????」
