「Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s. Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world. Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay. We will be back!」

「Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us. We would definitely return when visiting Cork...
