"Centralt beliggende og rummelig ferielejlighed med soveværelse, stue/køkken, bad og stor entré. Lejligheden var pæn og ren, og der var det nødvendige udstyr i køkkenet. Det eneste minus er, at der er temmelig lydt, så man kan høre alt fra 1.salen. Da vi ankom, var der en del børnestøj oppefra, og udlejer talte pænt med familien. Der var ikke mere råben derefter, men børn skal jo have lov at løbe omkring osv., og vi kunne høre alt, også når der blev flyttet møbler. Men som nævnt en fin lejlighed...

Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend und die Zimmeraufteilung grade für Familien mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Zusätzlich gibt es einen schönen großen Balkon. Das Highlight war für uns der große Pool im Keller, der im Preis mit inbegriffen ist. Alles ist sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe, sowie Abnahme der Wohnung am Urlaubsende klappten reibungslos. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nachteil sind die fehlenden Rollläden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist durchdacht, der überdachte Balkon war bei unserem Wetter Gold wert. Wir hatten auch schon eine andere Wohnung in diesem Objekt. Die Villa Andrea hat eine sehr gute Lage, Geräuschdämmung ist top, man bekommt von den anderen nichts mit. Tiefgarage ist gut befahrbar, auch die Sauna ist sehr schön."

"Very helpful staff and a very high quality hotel. Centrally located. The number 26 VVR Ortsbus, that is the local town bus service in Göhren stops outside the door in both directions. That is important as Göhren is hilly and the railway station is down in the lower part of town at sea level. If you have ever been in Howth, Ireland it is near identical geography in Göhren. The 21, 29 and also 20 buses that get you into other parts of Rügen stop outside the Heimatmuseum about 200 m away around the corner."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
