“Nice hotel good service”

“Dee, the receptionist who helped us at the check-in desk, was extremely nice, and helpful to deal with. We arrived early to the hotel after our early arrival flight from CA to Houston, TX, and weren't sure whether we could check-in early. Dee helped us out and arranged for us to do an early check-in at a very minimal charge (per hotel policy). Not only that, Dee found the best 2 rooms available for us (there were 8 of us in the party) that had a good view of the harbor and were right next……

“Everything was good except pool was never opened in time and beds are very hard”

“My stay was not good . The staff are not helpful. The soap dish came off in the shower on the first use. There was trash that met us at the lobby doors. Staff gave is the wrong breakfast hours and had us wake up an hour early for nothing. The pool was not working inspite of me calling ahead to ask. I was assured it worked. The breakfast was sub par at best. The powdered eggs were terrible. Im wondering why expedia have them down for a good choice. Do not stay here.”

“Room and staff were great. Breakfast was uneventful. The pool was small and someone on 5th floor had her whole family there cooking hot dogs under the eaves in parking lot. Some were smoking and there was only one woman had a room. They were dressed very risqué.”
