"-the front desk made *many* points of telling and reminding us that housekeeping services are every other day (which is a bit irritating that they still correlate this to COVID... at this point you're just being cheap)
-on the second day, we called in the morning to request that the sheets be completely changed as we had gotten some dirt on them and were reminded that cleaning is only every other day. they never confirmed to us that the sheets would be changed
-the sheets were changed that day (good) but the room was only kind of cleaned. the bathroom sink was not wiped down, toilet was not cleaned, toilet paper not restocked, glassware not cleaned/replaced, some trash not taken
-we then called to ask about these remaining items being done and were again lectured that cleaning is only every other day. after needing to argue our point that the cleaning had already taken place that morning, but not to our expectations, they said they would dispatch someone
-the cleaner didn't show up for 3+ hours, during which time we were trying to stay away from the room. we called to inquire about the status and were again lectured that cleaning is every other day. after further explaining our point, they said they would send someone right away
-that person did then come, but did so with a bit of a snide attitude. we were sitting on the patio at this time
-the front desk person mentioned a manager would call (not at our request). the manager never did call"
