「The little house was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with every necessity anyone would need upon arriving! Very clean and the mini-split air conditioning in each room is absolutely the way to go!! Our host kindly answered any questions we had very quickly. We might suggest adding a couple of comfy chairs for more seating when there are 6 guests. Maybe a little more sidewalk directly to the front street parking. 「Perfect home in a nice neighborhood. Great for family and friends who are coming into the area to visit. We had friends in for a wedding, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and visiting. Enjoyable stay!」

「We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake」

「The house was very clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the back patio and yard. Definitely pet friendly with a fenced backyard.My only real challenge was I have bad knees and the front 2 steps are pretty tall and there are no hand rails. Fortunately my husband was there to help me. It would also be nice if there were hangers on the bedroom and bathrokm.doors to hang towels and clothes. Especially since there is no closet in the large bedroom.All-in-all it was a very good choice!」

「Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding.」
