“A few issues. Booked on Expedia. Liked a pic of a one bedroom suite and booked that room. When we got there we only had a room with one bed. Talked to the manager who was awesome and he told me not all rooms that you book online with pics are the rooms you actually get. He said he would correct that. He did credit me the cost difference in the rooms.
Restaurant service was very slow.
Some of the handicap door openers on the south end of the hotel do not work. The card keypad on the east……
