「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety throughout the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish the temperature control worked better. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working...

「Window in the room was open upon arrival. Continental breakfast was served, and I received one sausage. Sign read one serving per person. Super cheap and cold. Pool and slides were fun. Not sure how this hotel received such high ratings.」
