“Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom……

“The closet was right beside the bed which made an already smallish room feel even smaller. Great otherwise, especially all the treats for the dancers!”

“Had specially booked a 2 bdr suite on Expedia. Call from lication next day stating no 2 bdrs available but confirmed a room with a pull out sofa. Arrived late at night and there was no pull out. Called available numbers right away, i was told i would be contacted by management to rectify and was never contacted at all during the week. Room needs 1 extra roll toilet paper, 1-2 more garbage bags, and a spatula. ”
