「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「An excellent location for walking around, accessing public transport and enjoying dining options. Room is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for the location on a busy corner. Breakfast choices were great and well priced. Reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and service focused. An overall great experience and value for money. 」
