「This was such a lovely hotel located within walking paths, restaurants and the river. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. I would stay here again when traveling through Bend.」

「Great place to stay for a show at Hayden. I’ve stayed here twice, the rooms are always clean, the snack bar is a life saver after a show.」

「I loathe the "modern" hotel that replaces a coffee carafe with a Starbucks machine that charges you exorbitant $$ for terrible coffee. There was no cream - in the hotel. And breakfast was again another pay and order situation. The room coffee also had no cream. The more you pay the less you get...」

「Affordable lodging option in Bend. Easy access to the Old Mill District and downtown. Dog friendly without insanely expensive pet fees.」

「The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!」

「Perfect location for walking around. Clean room, friendly staff」

「We loved the the Art house was great. We loved hanging out in the courtyard by the fire pits. We will stay again」
