“The staff was very helpful! Allowing us to do a late check out so we could spend the morning at the sea and in the pool and showering in our room! The close access to the Dead Sea was a huge perk and the private beach was very nice! The pool was great as well as the indoor pools! Highly recommend!”

“It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……

“酒店总体不错，有很棒的死海海滩，工作人员也挖了死海泥来给我们，酒店里有死海热水池，对冬天是个福音。阳台上观景很棒。房间稍微旧了。 早餐味道真心一般般，晚餐还不错，居然有鹅肝，这个出乎我的意料了。”

“La chambre était sale le petit déjeuné à vomir même pas de jus d’orange la personne qui a fait les pancake a fait tomber sur le côté puis ramasser et les a remis sur la plaque de cuisson j’ai payer pour une nuit 400 euro s’était horrible à fuire absolument cette hôtel le matin on a voulu prolonger on a reçu l’accord de la réception une gardienne nous a réveiller 4 fois au moin j’avais oublié mon câble de chargeur j’ai était à la réception pour demander si je pouvait charger mon téléphone on m’a……

“Breakfast and dinner were incredible ! So many choices of different kinds of food. Great family resort -they even had a blow up slide by the pool at certain hours ! Such a great kids program -I was almost sad we weren’t with this kids! Not a fancy place so don’t come here if you are looking for elegant but reasonably priced !”
