"The staff were beyond helpful during my trip. It’s a solid location, great hotel and though it’s not central to Langavegur Street I found it easy to walk to. And it has the advantage of being off stop 12 which is one of the most common stops for tour companies. It was also convenient to be able to go downstairs for a craft beer. "

"The Alda Hotel is situated in the heart of old Reykjavic and many sites are within easy walking distance. It is also close to a pick up point used by tour companies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only negative (and its a minor point) was that I found the lighting in the room too dark. would happily stay there again"
