「This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. 「If you want a quiet night sleep don’t book here. I did stay on a Friday and Saturday night and I heard multiple police sirens, the train complete with horn come thru at 9pm, boat horns on the river. The door does not lock automatically, It has to be manually locked via keypad, I did not read past the fine print of gaining entrance with the keypad, my bad. The information folder was hidden under an end table so I couldn’t find the wi fi password. And I couldn’t watch tv, seems Netflix, Hulu...
