「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Staff is lovely, the hotel is very pet friendly, clean and in a great location on the river. Very close to downtown so you can walk to restaurants and shops. We very much appreciate that they provide a microwave and small fridge as we've found many newer, modern places do not. Our 2nd time staying at Riverside Inn while visiting GP and we will definitely come back.」

「This is an amazing historical, rumored to be haunted hotel that has beautifully appointed rooms with insuite bathrooms. They have kept two of the original bedrooms in the original part of the hotel as they were over 100 yrs ago like a "museum" with information about the hotel, famous guests that have stayed there and a view into its early days. The chef and staff are all helpful and love what they do. The food is amazing and everything on the menu is great thanks to their chef.」
