Unwind in our cozy 2-bedroom guest house, set on a peaceful 7-acre property in Southern Pines. This home comfortably sleeps 6, with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom and a comfortable bed for a restful night’s sleep. An additional overflow sleeping area with a daybed and trundle provides extra space.

The open living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee and snacks provided). Relax in the cozy living room with plush electric recliners and Smart TV, or step outside to enjoy the large garden, spacious yard, and ample outdoor seating. A solo stove fire pit and a charcoal grill (available upon request) are perfect for evening gatherings. You may even spot our friendly chickens wandering around, adding to the homestead charm.

Our property offers plenty of yard space for outdoor play while maintaining a quiet, private atmosphere. We are just 5 minutes from downtown Southern Pines, where you’ll find an array of restaurants, shops, and local charm. Pinehurst Resort and its renowned golf courses are 20 minutes away, with other top courses like Talamore Golf Resort and Pine Needles Lodge nearby. Equestrian enthusiasts will appreciate that Carolina Horse Park is a 10 minute drive, while the 4,000-acre Walthour-Moss Foundation with its equestrian trails is just minutes away. For nature lovers, the Weymouth Woods Nature Preserve is within walking distance, offering serene hiking trails through old-growth pine forests.
