Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

"Room was spacious and clean. Canyon village seems to be larger than some of the other YNP villages. They offered more dining options even though it was end of season and some options were closed. We stayed 3 nights. We had one strange event with housekeeping on our first full day. They partially refreshed the room but left some trash and for some reason unplugged the refrigerator. Spoiled a couple things we had in the fridge. Reported the incident but never heard an explanation or got a manager response. Oh well. Overall it was a good experience and how can anyone not enjoy staying in the park. Would recommend."

"It’s a beautiful old hotel kept in good shape. The only thing I would say that was not good was the maid service. We were there 3 nights and had to ask for someone to clean the room and give us fresh supplies each day. For a relatively expensive hotel, that shouldn’t have been necessary"

"The hotel, campus really, it's too large to be a hotel, is amazing. There are so many amenities and activities to do! This is a perfect location for hikers or families. The rooms are large and clean. The common area is large and comfortable with couches, a microwave and a fireplace. You can hike directly into Rocky Mountain National Park without a reservation, and there's tons of wildlife all around."

"Lovely spacious room, impeccably clean. Loved our view out on the pool and the mountains. Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff. Provide a free shuttle into Breckenridge downtown as well which is handy. Can highly recommend!"
Hotel Glenwood Springs

"First thing I noticed was the dirty elevator while going up to our room. When exiting the elevator to the 4th floor a strong odor of feces hits you. The room was ok but everytime you flush the toilet you could hear bubbling noises in the sink and a strong odor of feces came after. We were charged a $50 “damage fee” and the staff said we would get it back after checking out as long as there were not damages to the room. We did not damage the room in any way and they kept our $50."
