"The hotel staff was amazing! Breakfast was not free, it took an hour to be served, restaurant was very understaffed, waiter was so nice though, "

"The property has been renovated recently and is in good shape. The front desk staff refused to check anyone in until 4:00, there were close to 50 people in the lobby waiting in line. Some took until after 5:00 to get checked in. They obviously need more cleaning staff and better communication with them to get rooms ready. "

"The hotel was very close to the Fox Theatre. It was nice to be able to park our car at the hotel and walk to our show. The room was small, but adequate. The bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy in the morning, but that is expected in a city. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"The stay was great. The staff was awesome, they helped my wife and I a lot. The food was great, we ordered dinner and breakfast. The portions were big and food was good. There were a few things that turned me off. One of the TVs had dirty fingerprints on it. The only disposable coffee cup had what looked like lipstick smeared in the cup. "
