"We enjoyed our stay, the dining table was perfect for family meals, the great room was fun to lounge in all together. I would suggest a simpler way to obtain the Wi-Fi password, perhaps a note on the fridge with rules about check our and garbage pick up too. It might be helpful to add some hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms and perhaps replace some of the doors in the bedroom, great room, bathrooms cluster with pocket doors to avoid crashing as people come and go. "Location was amazing!! On and off the highway easily. Walking distance to local restaurants, peoples arena, and Bushnell park. Felt safe. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was very clean. Our hotel view of the city was beautiful. Our 1 night stay was good with some things to take into consideration: Hotel garage is an underground garage so ceiling is low and garage is tight to maneuver so smaller cars are easier to use to park in the garage. Pillows weren't that comfortable pretty flat for my standard And one drawer kept opening on its own in the dresser. the smell of marijuana in the lobby and hallway was very strong and overwhelming I hope that can change."

"There was only one working elevator out of two when we arrived. The second day of our stay the last elevator broke. This left us having to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. The staff was incredibly rude and yelled at guests when they had concerns about getting to and from their rooms. We checked out early as this was the final straw. I lugged all our bags down 6 flights of stairs. The room was outdated, but more importantly it was unclean. The chair was falling apart and stained. The couch was covered in stains. The entire room was dusty. It also “shares space” with an extended stay option that is housing people who are currently experiencing homelessness- which is fine, but was not mentioned anywhere as an option- or we likely wouldn’t have stayed their with younger children."

"We really liked how the hotel was off the Main Street but still close the highway. Upon check in we felt really rushed. Once we entered the area where our room was all we could smell was marijuana. Once we got into our room we noticed holes in the ceiling, stained carpets, ripped curtains and a stained sheets. The only reason we stayed there was because we were exhausted from driving and we didn’t find any bugs so that was a bonus. In the middle of the night we were awoken but people arguing and marijuana smoke coming into our room. At this point we decided to start packing up to leave. We grabbed a not so good breakfast, checked out and left."
