“Check in was not smooth at all. The links that were sent didn’t work and we sat in the parking lot for over 45 minutes trying to get through the parking gate. Floors had crumbs on them and carpets weren’t vacuumed. Otherwise, ok.”

“I was upset that checking in took an hour because the code had not been programmed prior to arriving, as well as, the apartment was open when we arrived. We were late for our reservation. Then I asked management to see some damages and smell the odor of smoke before she left. I was disappointed that the property was not ready for rental and we would not come back.”

“The apartment was conveniently located and in a safe location based on our needs. The check-in process was very complicated due to the key fobs being updated and not working, but we were able to get this resolved the next day. Unfortunately, it made for a complicated check-in process late at night.”

“We were only there for a few hours for an overnight stay driving through ft. Worth on our way to Lubbock from south Texas. Family of 6. It was very roomy, comfortable and was perfect for us. It is a great location. I went for an early morning run along the trinity river and was wishing we had more time to explore the downtown and Sundance square area. Thank you for letting us stay.”
