“Love the corner room on the 22nd floor. The view is nice and love the rain shower. The room is very spacious and cozy with a nice velvet lounge chair. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay. After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy. “Elevators were filthy, our room was not the cleanest, the doors were falling off the hinges, shower amenities were completely emptied, the rings from the bathroom faucet were taken out and sitting on the sink, water sprayed everywhere, i notified front desk so that I wasn't charged. Need was comfy, when we went down for breakfast, there were other guests hoarding food, making multiple trips to their rooms zero hot food left and barely any breads or cereal because of this. “We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location. We were doing a lot in Memphis, and we didn't want to have to hassle with paying to park and traffic trying to get into a hotel. The room was nice. The bathroom door kind of "drug" and scraped across the floor when opened and closed. The staff was excellent! Miss Nicole and Miss Renee were professional and very nice! We would stay here again.”

“The room was clean and everything worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and had many choices of food to eat. Turkey sausage patties were good. Food had good warm temperatures. Property is pet friendly. The floors in rooms were not carpet which made them easy to clean and room smelt clean. I think carpet should be removed from hallways to make luggage easy to roll down hall. I like talking elevator which tells you which floor you on. All……

“It was clean, beds were comfortable, basic breakfast”

“The room and property were fine. Nothing special. We were in a double queen room with 4 people, but there were only two washrags and towels. When i asked for more towels, the staff informed me that there weren't any more. She then explained it was because "you don't turn in the dirty ones."”

“Not fancy and right by a busy truck stop. Not in the greatest part of town. We just needed a place to stay for a night so it suited our needs. Dogs allowed.”

“The hallway, was very humid and hot. There was huge spot on the wall near the bathroom that looked like a very bad patch job from a big hole in the wall. There was dark mold spots on the pipes above the door in the bathroom. It was just very unclean. Also there is barbed wire hung all around the pool. Just was not the best welcoming hotel I've been in.”

“When I arrived and entered the empty Lobby; I said HELLO; and received no answer, so I rang the bell. And a young person (16??) came out and said, "what do you want." Very unprofessional. Room was ok, towels were ok, but stained. White socks turned black, from walking on floor in the room. Overall all 2 out of 5 is generous.”
