「Elevators were filthy, our room was not the cleanest, the doors were falling off the hinges, shower amenities were completely emptied, the rings from the bathroom faucet were taken out and sitting on the sink, water sprayed everywhere, i notified front desk so that I wasn't charged. Need was comfy, when we went down for breakfast, there were other guests hoarding food, making multiple trips to their rooms zero hot food left and barely any breads or cereal because of this. 「We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location. We were doing a lot in Memphis, and we didn't want to have to hassle with paying to park and traffic trying to get into a hotel. The room was nice. The bathroom door kind of "drug" and scraped across the floor when opened and closed. The staff was excellent! Miss Nicole and Miss Renee were professional and very nice! We would stay here again.」

「When I arrived and entered the empty Lobby; I said HELLO; and received no answer, so I rang the bell. And a young person (16??) came out and said, "what do you want." Very unprofessional. Room was ok, towels were ok, but stained. White socks turned black, from walking on floor in the room. Overall all 2 out of 5 is generous.」
