「The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. 」

「The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.」

「The absolute BEST hotel experience I have had during extensive travel for the past 3 weeks! Head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend. Helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean in all areas of this facility. Looks brand new.
