「Cozy room and friendly, helpful staffs. Would come back again. 」

「The staff were friendly & welcoming. We loved your heating & cooling system in the room. It wasn’t super loud & worked properly. You had the best breakfast by far from the last four hotels we stayed at in the past two months. We also were pleased that we were able to have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate late at night. We will book a room when we pass your way again. 」

「I read some got reviews prior to my stay and got a little worried, but after my visit I saw those were not accurate. The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. 「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
