“Friendly staff , clean rooms ”

“I really liked the place, especially for a family trip. The room was excellent, and the services were excellent. However, I think the older woman who works as a supervisor should be a little more friendly with the guests. I arrived a little late for breakfast, and I was making waffles for my children, but she didn't let me finish. She turned off the waffle maker and took away the fruit and yogurt. I think she should have asked if I needed anything before putting everything away, especially since……

“This Embassy Suites is lively, large, and upscale. The lobby area is giant, with couches, chairs, and charging stations. Theres a beautiful fountain that greets you shortly after you walk in. Check-in was fast & simple and my suite was very large. I especially loved the big windows looking out into the city, it's gorgeous at night. The restroom in my suite was large and very clean, the bedroom had a desk perfect for writing/working, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave,……

“My wife and I loved it. Even though you are close to everything you feel completely away from everything. It was set up very well. All of the individual houses/cabins/bungalows have their own theme, and we stayed in Mexico. Communication was excellent and they updated us with directions and were available for anything we may need. We stayed there for the playoff game - whoop!! One note, if you are one of those people that always has to be connected then this is not your place as there is……

“Great stay! The guy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel let us check in early so that we could get dressed in time to be there. Also, the room was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Lastly, on the last day of check-out, we had breakfast at the hotel. There was a young woman by the name is Carolyn (I believe) that was so sweet, hard-working, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. ”
