Southview Trailhead

We recently stayed at Harrah’s in Las Vegas and were overall disappointed with our experience. While the location on the Strip was definitely convenient, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. Parking was quite expensive, and overall the stay felt like a series of extra charges that added up quickly. We were surprised to find that basic amenities like bottled water, coffee pods, and a refrigerator were not included in the room. Most frustratingly, we had reserved and paid for a King Bed Room but were given a room with two full beds instead. When we called the front desk to address the issue, we were told the room change was due to using self check-in. No effort was made to correct the mistake or offer any accommodation. The room itself was also below standard — furniture, walls, and floors had noticeable stains and wear. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, we expected better service and cleaner, more comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The room is a little cramped for 2 queen beds…the side table was already filled with a table lamp with a huge base, a phone charger fixed to the table, and the room land line phone. We turned wastebasket upside down for my cpap machine. The pool doesn’t get sun until after 3 pm, and then not full sun. This property is great location! Great restaurants inside the restaurant!
