It wasn't in the best of conditions; the stairway to the second floor wasn't well lit at night, and there was chipped paint on the railings. But at least my room was reasonably clean, and my bed was comfortable, so I still had a good night's sleep.」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
