“Loved our visit! Would definitely come to this hotel again if we were ever in Grand Rapids! We also loved how convenient it was to walk to everything we wanted to see to!!”

“During our stay on July 7, the valet situation was completely overwhelmed. When we arrived, there were approximately 10 cars ahead of us, and after waiting 20 minutes only one vehicle had moved. We were attending a concert at the new Acrisure Amphitheater and could not risk waiting an unknown amount of time just to park. We ultimately left the valet line, paid $38 to park in a lot two blocks away, and carried our luggage to the hotel. Considering we paid $366 for the room, this was an unexpected……

I think with the recent change of ownership/name and the construction, there is some confusion about what amenities were available or not but it was still a good place to stay for me personally.”

Peeling wallpaper, painted doors that are dirty and need a good refresh of paint, drapes torn and hanging, large patches of drywall in the shower ceiling that looked Like they could fall down, We arrived late and hotel sign was not lit up so almost past the property. Beds were comfortable but other conditions were . Unacceptable this room should not be given out to a customer”
