“We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! “First I will say the communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive. The house looks exactly like the photos. The washer/dryer is in a separate outdoor storage space. The house is a 3/2 I think it would sleep a family of 6 comfortably. If you include the sofa then maybe two additional children can be added. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from a lot of great locations in Miami. Cons:The bathroom was not cleaned.”
